brother, we bought it for basic needs xerox and home use. Still have the installed printhead working, we faced some issue with colour printing bcz we never used it hence that stopped working. rest is okay!

Be careful about doing this yourself. Very well explained and I did it exactly as shown. After installation , it showed error for cartridge. I called HP support and now they are saying installation is not correct. Interestingly they are not giving reason of what is incorrect. They are saying issue with removing orange part, if that is really case, video need instructions on this
No bro, its correcr. That orange part is a pump as much i know that suck ink when the are jammed in pipe if u use them. Bro 100k people find this useful and working. Please reinstall cartridge again checking black and colour precisely and plz on the printer and wait the slots to stay in centered. If you dont find it useful pleasee comment again
If hp support says this please ask them what us the correct way to install.
Thanks for your input , it is really helpful. HP guy has raised a request for replacing printer now. I think he tried checking steps for the pump as well. After that he raised the request
