Hi dear...1 very important tip for you to get instant relief from ear pain and the ringing sensation...stop anlom vinlom totally till the problem is completely vanished....it will heal you faster...my brother had the same problem and the 1st thing dr told him was to stop anlom vilom...as it blocks the tube further...this will really help u a lot do give it a shot...get well soon...

Your vlogs bring immense joy to me and i look forward to them all the time! You are as real as it gets! One thing i’m worried about is and (pls don’t mind) that you are doing it all wrong .. 1) when you enter the lift and press the button with your gloved hand either u shud discard of the gloves or use a piece of tissue or toothpick to press the button & discard it in the nearest dustbin because so many other people also touch the same button..2) Do not touch your face with the sane gloved hands because you are touching too many surfaces with your hands all the time and its easy to pick up and transfer the virus to your face 3) dont keep your hands or elbows on the shop counters ... please dont touch ANYTHING inside the shop .. just tell them what u want and skip touching shop items on the shelves...4) Do not ise mobile phone when out in the shops because the virus or bacteria from your gloves easily pass on to your mobile phone and when u press the phone to your cheek it transfers to you ... i know keep all these precautions is very difficult but its the need of the hour .. to keep yourself safe and alive. You dont necessarily need to sanitize your hands while going out tho its a good thing to to do so but when coming inside and while being outdoors you need to be more cautious and avoid touching any surface even if you are wearing gloves coz you are using your mobile phone and itching or touching your face with the same gloves.. hope you don’t mind this long message but i have been watching you doing all this since quiet some time and wanted to make sure you are safe as already you are not well .. and being in mumbai thats the worst hit by corona.. stay safe and wish you a speedy recovery... lots of love and thank you sooo much for keeping us entertained! 🤗🤗🤗👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🤗😘
Kindly take steam daily and while you are taking steam keep tissues along and blow out all the gunk... I had similar problem i took no medicine and only steam every night for atleast a week regularly... Steam will help 😊👍. And once you are done with taking steam please keep your face covered for sometime... And try to avoid AC mean while.
