Fascinating process. Thank you for posting! This resembles THE COMPANY STORE in La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA. If I were a foreman, however, I would be seeking to do a task analysis of functions that employees carry out: in terms of economy, it seems the workers do a great deal of standing around when other tasks could be engaged! I am surprised that the batting frame does not vibrate to distribute the down, and that a bright light is not used from under the frame table to determine uniformity and adequacy of distribution.

thanks for your comments, well, there is a new model machine with rotation sewing heads to sew in all directions, and the bright lights were added too under the frame to check down distribution. If any factory needs an automatic down vibrating function for frame, emmm, that's really a good idea, talk with us for a solution!
