HELB was non-existent in 1980-1984. KU was non-existent then but HELB claims that I got HELB loan through KU to study at UON! Admission office wanted to change my admission letter to reflect HELB loan but I caught them just before and I got a certified copy of my original admission letter and HELB was not a tool for admission to UON. Acceptance was solely on basis of academia qualifications! If 1980-1984 UON paid or paying, HELB and admission office changed your admission letter... ignorance is no defense...
