Meet the theatre's "flight pilots" - stage managers! Here, every moment is carefully thought out, and every inch is fateful. This is clearly reflected in the behind-the-scenes of Puccini's opera “Turandot”, which requires a truly large workforce. Stage manager Alisa Gaižauskaitė and the Head of the Directing Department Gediminas Šeduikis open the door to the technical and very exciting side of our productions. We have no doubt that from now on you will look at the magic of theatre quite differently.
