- This is the Moon Slayer Set mod created by Lylah, a lead developer of the Second Wind mod. It is planned to integrate this Lynel and the weapons into Second Wind, and is already clarified to be part of it since the Lunar Lynel shares some aspects of Moon Slayer Lynel.

Upon wielding these items, his appearance changed, gaining unmeasurable strength and speed. Tales of the beast known as the “Moon Slayer” was passed down to the Lynels, who worshiped him as a god and incarceration of the night itself, perhaps that is why he only appears when the sun falls and the moon rises……”

God, people who are able to create fanmade stuff like this are so talented. My whole life I’ve always wanted to do stuff like this but I never knew where to look to learn. Props to this mod

I really hope lynels become more developed in botw 2. Things like this, more lore behind them and simply new attacks. Including the dual wielding lynel, the attacks in aoc, and making it so the shield wielding lynel actually uses his shield to defend and make himself harder to hit would be my top ideas

Item that the Moon slayer lynel could drop: Moon Shard: A shard of the moon collected by a mysterious moon slayer. It makes good prices but it has a different use…
