He is, he’s so special, we r so grateful his english is so good also n he was so kind to take care of us all the way when we were there!!
tum is a traditional balinese steamed meat wrapped in banana leaf. My late mom used to make yummy fish or chicken tum. Some part of Indonesia I think also have variation of this dish, but with very different ingredients. I'm sure almost all balinese love this dish.
It was super awesome!! His tum ayam was extraordinary I thought! Hope u have a chance to drop by there one day!
