      Agreed, it's quite a colourful one compared to the regular grey USAF C130's

      @@Aviation18 Yeah always nice to see variety in Military Liveries. Its usually just a sea of grey! Have the Jordanian C-130s?

    I’m glad you found out JetBlue do send A320s to DCA. But only from Orlando and Ft Lauderdale FL. I also hope some UK retailers will come out with other JetBlue A320s because such tail fins like the Barcode (you have) and Blueberries have been retired from the A320s and replaced with a Spotlight and High Rise Tail Fin design. Also as for the A220-300 there tail fins are called Hops. All JetBlue A220s will have that tail fin. I can’t wait till JetBlue deploys there first A220 into DCA.

      Agreed, I'd also like a release of the jetBlue E190 while we still have it

      JetBlue model aircraft in 1:400 literally sell like hot cakes. I don’t know how you missed the boat on them. Sometimes one pops up on eBay. But only from US sellers. I guess you don’t have interest in international shipping. And I just don’t see Gemini coming out with one more JetBlue E190 before they’re retired. Still the A220 looks great at your DCA airport updates. While the E190 is unique in JetBlues fleet, it only looks good on the outside. Inside is we’re you’ll see, it’s old and slowly falling apart. I’m glad fatigue isn’t causing problems to them in flight. Still the JetBlue E190 passenger cabin really shows its age. Seat back pockets falling apart, pen marks from kids who don’t know any better yet, iPhone size IFE screens. Some say the E190 should have had a cabin refresh before retirement. So the interior would look welcoming instead of warm out. Still I feel a little sad for you not having a JetBlue E190 in 1:400. Sometimes when one pops up on eBay it convinces me to try and help you get one.

    Great video, just courius why do you still collect so many united aircraft if you dont have concorce C and D at IAD?

    • @Aviation18
      @Aviation18  Před 4 měsíci

      Thanks and good question, it's partially because I started to collect United aircraft so I may as well keep on going and I also like to occasionally to concourse C and D updates on my current Dulles layout

    I also hope if GeminiJets comes out with a second release of the American Eagle CRJ-900s you don’t miss the boat on them like you did the first release. Unfortunately you also missed the boat on Geminis re release of some American A319s and A320s. If NG does those don’t miss the boat on them. I might get some too if that happens as it would help my Jacksonville Airport updates. NG I think would have done a better job than Gemini IMO. Good luck getting more American Airlines aircraft models for DCA.

    • @Aviation18
      @Aviation18  Před 4 měsíci

      Agreed, however I purposely missed out on the Gemini release of the A319's and A320's as they weren't very good models, fingers crossed for NG to release some!

    • @pinchy08
      @pinchy08 Před 4 měsíci

      I’m so glad you finally replied to some comments I’ve written to you. If you feel like I’ve been stocking you it’s better that you ghosted me rather than get me in trouble. Anyway so you’re not a fan of the Geminijets American A319 or A320 eh? I guess that does explain why you missed the boat on them. You should have taken the boat on the American Eagle CRJ-900s though as they’re very common at DCA as are the CRJ-700s and E175s. They don’t fly CRJ-200s to DCA anymore at all. And if Gemini does come out with a second release of American Eagle CRJ-900, don’t miss the boat on them. Buy as many as you can. And I’m convinced NG will do a great job on American Airlines A319s and A320s. However please note that American A319s either have fence tips or Sharklets at the tips of their wings. I’m not sure what variant American flies to DCA. It could be the fence tips as there Ex US Airways aircraft. Same with the A320s and a few A321s.

    • @ModelAirportDiorama
      @ModelAirportDiorama Před 4 měsíci

      @pocketplanes457 A decent model airport can cost as little as £25. Aircraft can be made from paper templates online and everything else can be made by using household items creatively!

      Over time you can build up a collection, doesn't have to be all at once
