2 eggs
a pinch of salt
150 g / 5.3 ounces of sugar (3/4 cup)
10 g / 0.4 oz Vanilla sugar (2 tsp)
1 tsp semolina
130 g / 4.6 ounces Butter (6 tbsp)
190 g / 6.7 ounces flour (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
10 g / 0.4 oz Baking Soda (2 tsp)
350 g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
Topping:
50g / 1.8oz Walnuts
100g / 3.5oz Sugar
100 g / 3.5 ounces Flour
100 g / 3.5 ounces Butter
Bake in the oven at 180 °C (360 ° F) for 45 minutes
