I bought Ballet Slippers after hearing your thoughts Matilda, but somehow I never thought to blend the product with my fingers. I wasn't absolutely loving it with a brush application but wow, with fingers it blended into my cheeks so nicely! Thank you 😍

My personal favorites are Nutcracker, Bread N' Butter, and Tiara! I usually use them to cover my blush, bronzer, and highlighter categories, but I also use them on my eyes and lips for a monochromatic moment. I even use Nutcracker for faux freckles from time to time. I cannot rave about these products enough!

This blew my mind! I'm blonde/blue eyed with pink undertones and I took what seemed like a riddic risk and ordered this in Sunset, like a crazy person. And get this, the smallest dot blended onto my lids totally pops my eye color! I've never played with warm-tones on my eyes and this is a game changer. Thanks for the confidence boost!

Sweet nectar and sunset is a great lipstick colour. Would really like a dupe lipstick colour similar to these two.
I haven't worn those two on my lips very often Vivian, I'll have to try it! I don't know about dupes but some of my favourite bright orange reds are Velvet Morning by Lisa Eldridge and Wild Ginger by Tom Ford 🧡 x
I ordered 2 of these a few months ago, and I am so glad I found your video.. I was a bit intimidated by these, and now I am so excited to try again!
I already have three Vision Flushes but I added three more to my wishlist after this video! I love them so much! One of my favourite lip combos is actually a layer of cherry bomb with the Pummarò lipstick by Epsressoh on top. Works actually quiet well with other reds.

These days i try to stay on the minimal side with the creams / liquids. Since i just bought intense coral water fresh tint blush i never want to powder again ever. So i might not need another blush color but nutcracker looks gorgeus

I have been crazy about these since I discovered them. Got Ballet slippers, Bread and butter and Toasted almond. Love them all! Mixed together or used solo. Tiara is the only one I dont like so much. I feel it has a slightly different formula, more dewy and it doesnt set like the others do. I am running out of my 3 faves (and would like to add more shades to my collection) BUT I cant find them anywhere in Europe :(. (I am swedish) Has anyone found them anywhere to purchase?

Im quite curious on how this compares to the Rare beauty blush!
Very similar in terms of the intensity of the pigmentation but a different texture! The Rare Beauty liquid blushes are either very dewy or very matte, and this sits somewhere in the middle as a satin / semi-matte. It also feels more creamy and slightly airy to me 👍 x

@@matildaonvideo oh yeah, I've learned through panning that it's frequently a matter of us using our things in ways that work for us. It's too "easy" to just reject something. I love my colourfixes, used up the prism fx i got a year ago, and im mixing my illuminating veil with my base products every day! :)

i feel like im the only person in the world who is not a fan of this formula! i loved the color of Ballet Slippers but i found it incredibly patchy when blended out, the texture is dry, almost too silicone-y & the color just disappeared. i wanted to love this so much but it did nothing to me. maybe its because it didnt blend well with my skincare underneath? idk. i do appreciate these swatch videos though
Thanks for speaking up, I was wondering about that looking at the swatches. CZcams dry skin often seems to mean not-oily skin, skin that is fine if it is moisturised once in the morning. It's probably harder to operate a camera if you are constantly slathering things on. I think I'll investigate some more emollient products.
Oh nooo, sorry to hear Hannah! Can I ask if you were you blending yours with a brush? Someone else just mentioned in a comment that they didn't love the finish with a brush but had much better results when they swapped to fingers. Hopefully that might help? 🤞 Let me know how you go! x
@@matildaonvideo i tried both but it doesnt seem to want to blend into my skin. I use Marula oil as a moisturizer and i wonder if that's the reason why. But because that oil works so well with my skin i think im just going to return this product & find a different formula :(

I didn’t like the way you explicitly stated her as being a “black woman”.I feel it would have been more appropriate referencing the brand as “black owned” or making mention perhaps of why it may be important to you for instance if at all. It just felt disjointed you suddenly stating she is a black woman. It made me uncomfortable. Please be considerate of racial sensitivities.
I'm certainly mindful of this subject Kay, and I did *not* say that at all. The only reference I made was that the brand is 'Black-owned' at 1:01. I hope you can listen back and acknowledge that. It's important to me to highlight and support brands founded by women of colour and introduce them to my audience, and I always aim to be very respectful in doing so 👍 x
