lol, I agree. I bought a rental property out of state a couple years ago that was off market and paid for an agent to do the paperwork because I wanted all the documentation, seller disclosures, etc like a typical transaction. It was well worth it

Curious, what is the age demographic for most buyers....baby boomers retiring????? Are they coming in with cash offers?
All age ranges! From young families to Baby Boomers and everything in between. I’d say about 75% of my clients are financing and 25% are all cash.
I DON'T WANT TO HANDLE THE PAPERWORK OF SELLING MY HOUSE. happy to pay commission.
