How much?
Oh what a cute home. The outside is really interesting design. The furnishings side wood is really nice on the inside. I love the bunk bed room. The loft is really nice. Could use some of it for storage if needed. The bathroom is functional. I love the table. This would be a great starter home or down sizing home. The big bedroom is beautiful. Tim you and family have a great weekend!
For renting out I would keep it like it is, but if I was going to live in it I would take out the second downstairs bedroom. This could change the whole downstairs. Could be a kitchen in that area so I could have a huge living room.
This is such a sweet little log cabin home and I love the layout.

instead of having a queen/twin bunk beds in that one bedroom put hook ups for a washer/dryer in there instead,the ladder to the loft put it in the bedroom where you would put the washer/dryer at,oh i almost forgot put the microwave on the table put a fan up above the stove,everything else is good

Where is the closed space at for each bed room and closed for the bath room to fir towels and toiel supplies at ???? Other then that it great place to.
I would add steps up to the loft and make the bedroom of the kitchen a den

Being by myself late 50's, I'd make the master bedroom into a living room w/door off. Loft would become my master bedroom. This would create more room of living area. Keep smaller bedroom as is for adult kids or anyone visiting.
Loft bedroom.. until you're too old to climb up there.. and then what?

I'd have a carpenter come out and raise the roof on the loft so people can actually stand up and walk around up there. Also put soft close cabinets in for the kitchen.
Not much counter space in that kitchen kinda would suck trying to prepare a meal

Park Models are RVs, NOT mobile homes. If you put one on your property they don’t affect your property taxes at all. A mobile home does as it is considered an improvement
Where's the water heater?
What would it cost to ship to Eastern Oregon? Plus what is the cost before shipping?
THEY ARE NOT PLUGS .. THEY ARE OUT LETS ..
The important element of storage is missing. Nowhere to put food especially built for so many people. I definitely like the log cabin look though.
It also needs space for a washer & dryer.

Nice home but do away with the loft, not a good thing for elderly people, use wall behind ladder for a large screen t.v and doors on the shower instead of curtains.

One bath, no way. To small. Tired of living in a tiny space. It is very beautiful for someone who wants the smaller size
No insulation at all. Not a good idea.
The log walls are the insulation!!!! Cedar logs would be better, though. For insects!
Loft is just a head banger. Not cool…
i wouldnt want to live there. Everything is made out of wood. Which means termites can destroy my home. Im good. Not to mention when it rains and snows its going to mess up my home and then water will be leaking in between cracks. Nah im good. Its not worth it
