I just finished this book last night and I agreed with everything you said! An easy 5 stars! I managed to borrow both the ebook and the audio from my library, but I loved this so much that I hunted down a reasonably priced Fairyloot edition yesterday. I already have the Owlcrate version (still wrapped) that I may let go of after the Fairyloot arrives. Still haven’t read Fourth Wing yet, but I read 2.5 books of Throne of Glass and dropped it last year because I got nervous about liking the series 🫠. I will absolutely finish that series this year though! Please read Ruthless Vows. I loved that duology and look forward to hear your opinions as always 😊
I’ve seen so many pretty copies of it so I am so jealous!! I do want to finish TOG but I would need some support for that like a group to motivate me 😂 I will read Ruthless Vows 🫡🫡
I finished Heartless Hunter and it has been one of my most favorite reads ever. I loved the characters, world building and story telling. Definitely a 5 star read for me and can’t wait for book 2 to come out!

I would argue Twillight started the craze of romantasy, it’s just been coming in waves of tropes and trends ever since 😂 But yes, this was an easy 5 star read for me as well! It was so much fun, so quick and easy to read, but like you said, everything made SENSE. I didn’t realize how rare that was until I read this book.
You know I never thought about Twilight in this sense but I think you’re on to something 👀 and yessss plot points making sense 👏 and the characters making reasonable decisions!! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

I gave it 4.5 stars! I definitely loved it, but I’ve read so many other romantasy’s that are just as good, if not a little better (wink wink The Prison Healer trilogy), but EASILY one of my favorite romantasies. High chances the next few books will be 5 stars!

I want to like Romantasy so badly, because i love fantasy, and while i dont love romances as a genre, i do love stories have have romance and romantic subplots. But I struggle a lot with Romantasy... That said, following your review, i think i'll give this one a try. As I was originally interested in it but was wary

I saw your other video with the Unpopular opinions, and actually share a few of them (Ashley Winstead can do no wrong in my books, I've loved all of her thriller/ darker books; Riley Sager has been very hit or miss for me, the last one I relatively likes was Survive the Might; and now I'm actually tempted to read The Fury as the synopsis sounded intriguing but I really disliked his previous works... But if you say it's different and it worked for you I might look at adding it to my TBR). I've watched a few of your other videos and am really glad I found your page!!! 😊
