You know I never worried about if I would still like him when he came back. He's such a solid performer, that I never worry about whether or not I'll like his work. I just hope he's happy and fulfilled enough to continue making music. If he's on stage, I am seated for it. AND, can we talk a minute about his Killing Voice? He nailed it. It was so damn good.
Taemin had been given the book Erotism by Georges Bataille to read in preparing for the comeback, but them the director told abut the Abraxas-thing. Probably more layers, we know that Taemin is heavily involved with everything in his solo work. In any case the love and pain and sex thing is right up his solo alley.
I swear this man always delivers something that blows your mind and you are so mesmerized that even if there were lions running around in the background you wouldn't notice them. I was waiting for him to come back and I forgot to write that you are right, his vocals are definitely more relaxed, he hits the notes easily because he has improved his technique
