Tying a Sand Flea Fly

The sand flea is a little known organism, that obviously lives in and around sand. These form part of the diet for a number of fish species and therefore are worth having in your fly box. There are many patterns that imitate the sand flea, this is my version. Whiting and Bream will take a liking to these when they are feeding on the flats.
Materials List:
- Hook - Daiichi 1130 Grub Hook
- Thread - Ice Thread Pink or Flat Waxed Shrimp Pink
- Eyes - Bead Chain x-small
- Body - Tan dubbing
- Flash - Tan Krystal Flash
- Wing - Tan EP Fibers
