รวมพลังกางร่มแห่งสันติภาพและกางร่มบนโปร์ไฟล์โดยพร้อมเพรียงกันทั่วแผ่นดินโดยมี Concept คือ “มนุษยธรรม กับปาตานีที่ยังมีชีวิต” คนปาตานีมีสิทธิที่จะสามารถใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างสมศักดิ์ศรี ดำรงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นตัวตนของชนชาติ และอนาคตทางการเมืองของคนปาตานี อีกทั้งเพื่อให้คู่สงครามและประชาชนทุกคนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญคุณค่าของชีวิต สิทธิของพลเรือนที่ต้องได้รับการปกป้องคุ้มครองจากปฏิบัติการทางการทหาร เพราะการเคารพหลักมนุษยธรรมกติกาสงคราม (International Humanitarian Law) นั้นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญยิ่งระหว่างการหาทางยุติสงครามด้วยแนวทางทางการเมือง
