Hi everyone! I know this tower isn't easy to build in survival mode so here are some options for not taking fall damage:
1- Spread water around the tower.
2- Drink potion of slow falling
3- Use the command : /gamerule fallDamage false
4- Wear boots with feather falling enchantment

Not usually a fan of "no commentary" tutorials but this is probably the highest quality and most well-thought-out tutorial minecraft video I have ever seen
I agree, plus the fact that she does it in survival style for all of us who wanna build it that way. She really needs more recognition because this is a great tutorial (ik she has like 1.5 mil subs but i feel like that's not enough for the quality these vids)

When you change the texturing; that’s a very cool effect.
I love this channel, especially because it is one of the few minecraft channels where there are tutorials in survival mode, from the viewer's perspective it seems easy, but for these videos a lot of patience and effort is needed, I really admire Zaypixel a lot.
A lot more effort than people might realise! Designing, planning the tutorial, finding a location, recording the tutorial, setting the cinematics, rendering the cinematics, syncing all the cinematics with the sound because the cinematics don’t have sound, then all the other editing...
The vids are so cool! You are one of my fave youtubers zaypixel.
I have a question on that end: how does Zaypixel get all of these materials? I'm a bit of a noobie in minecraft, and have no idea where mossy stone blocks come from, etc. or how hard it would be to gather all of these block types and items.
Edit: does Zaypixel just grab the materials in creator mode, then swap back over into survival mode?

@@Rhyzal_ Stone can be made by smelting cobblestone, various stone and stone brick blocks are easily made with a grindstone, and the mossy variants are made by combining vines and stone/stone brick in a crafting table.
You can get brick by smelting clay balls (collected by breaking clay blocks), stripped spruce by right-clicking spruce logs with an axe in hand, and stained glass can be made by combining glass with dyes. Terracotta can be tricky to find but iirc you can craft it by smelting clay blocks into terracotta, then adding the desired dye color.
All the various plants can be collected with shears, and collecting cobwebs would require the silk touch enchantment.

For those of you guys playing in the 1.17 snapshot, if you put a lightning rod at the top it adds *SO MUCH*! Whenever there's a thunderstorm, lightning will hit the rod and gives the tower more of a wizard-y look. Other than that, this was one of the best (if not *the best*) tutorials I've seen in a while!

@@spaceshoes_8542 I don’t have mine right now so I don’t remember what it’s called but mine was around 600 dollars. I do Minecraft with shaders and it works pretty well.
@@spaceshoes_8542 you don't need a monster of a pc to run minecraft with shaders, my boyfriends school pc that was $400 and 8gb can run my texture pack and BSL shaders (same that zaypixel has) and it runs smoothly, just don't have the chunk distance too high, I have it set to 11-13 chunks.

Hi! The one that I have on Minecraft is where I can pick
which biome I get I also go on Minecraft education edition to do this to pick a biome
Minecraft education edition is free so I highly recommend it. (Pick library then Biomes to get the jungle biome. Hope this helps!)

feel you. absolutely surrounded by spruce forrests around the main area on the realms server i have with friends where i’m building this for our enchanting tower. spent two hours searching for dark oak. found three acacia biomes, a jungle, 3 villages, 2 desert temples, a treasure map/chest and a but load of ruined portals (mostly underwater too). i was about to roll my eyes when i saw a freaking pillager outpost until i realized it was built out of dark oak so i went in and took all the logs. didn’t get any saplings sadly. (the realm is on peaceful for the time being because a few of us suck at minecraft, but it’s supposed to be fun, not stressful so who cares)
I was actually in the middle of building the hobbit hole she made when this notification came through 😂. Looks so cool! Can't wait to build!

I absolutely LOVE the transition from plain wall to wall with different stone types. It’s so satisfying!!!
Used to just watch these because I thought they were so calming. I started to try some of them myself and these tutorials are so great and easy to follow. I've built the underwater mountain house, the greenhouse, and am almost done with the farmhouse. This one is definitely next on my to-do list!

I watched and built this high as heck. There was a lot of pausing, and redoing. I am realllly happy with the results it totally fits the cottage core vibe of my world. Very much recommend.
Been wanting to do this as my house on my friend's survival realm for a few days, finally today spent about 2 hours and i got all the stone and stone brick variants (silk touch pickaxe is super useful). Love the tutorial especially that you pause after each wall to show which blocks you changed.
The people who disliked the video are rude cause Zaypixel put so much effort into the beautiful build. I hope she keeps on surprising us with new builds she makes. I hope the best goes to her with all her hard work.

I love this build sm!! It came out so nice! The only difficult part was trying to get the exact same pattern of blocks as shown in the vid. But otherwise this build was a solid 10/10 highly recommend.

I really love the way this looks! I also really appreciate the extra time you took to add in details like the amount of each item you need and how there's a pause after you add the other stone stuff to the walls, it makes this really easy to understand! Love the tutorial so much but oh my god i’m never using bricks as a building block in a completely vanilla survival world again it’s so time consuming i’ve spent 3 hours on the roof alone cause i have to keep collecting clay balls
