- Hey guys in this video we take a look at another inspired by Gibson Epiphone Les Paul. The Epiphone Les Paul Classic Worn in ebony. I really liked the sound of this one and the look of it. It played well, and the price is reasonable. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Great video Rich, thanks for sharing. I'm a big fan of Epiphone guitars, currently got a Les Paul and a Dot. They play really well and are great value for money, Ive made some upgrades over the years and they play as well as my brothers Gibson Les Paul. Amazing guitars.

Mod platform, I have a spare set of seymour duncans, I would put black pickup rings, black pickguard, black hardware. It would look awesome. And sound like a guitar worth double at least.

I have a Epiphone standard 60 series the same color I've had it for so many years I've got the same we're even better on My Guitar but I wouldn't trade it for the world I love it I didn't get but eighty bucks part because it was so Relic they said it was rough when I bought it

I have the 2020 Epiphone Les Paul worn purple. It is a bad ass guitar, and looks as beautiful as it plays. Just thought I'd give my 2 cents.
Now as you know not an epiphone person but this one is one of the better ones I had it and returned it all this guitar needed was the cts pots and could have been a keeper. You blew me away with the intro. I can't understand how someone has not call you for studio work or gig BAD ASS
At about 4 minitues in it sounded like you were going to break into the Alman brothers jessica... you had it in the neck positiion and it just had that Dickie Betts tone. I liked the neck pup sond on that one the best.
Just dropping you a line got today an epiphone traditional pro iii plus with usa 57 classic and super 57 and it has a booster you need to try it wow need set up action a little too high this is also a good one
I like that mate finish.. Harley Benton had a lp copy that had that look..

I’m very late here lol. Great review! I just bought the same guitar in the worn wine red color. This guitar is fantastic for anyone who doesn’t want to spend $3.5K on a Gibson. I mainly use a clean tone with reverb and delay. The pickups sound great thru my Boss Katana 50.
Just purchased this same guitar at my local pawnshop for $260 and it’s mint.not a scuff or scratch and neck is nice and straight.I couldn’t pass it up.great review.

Sweet tone Rich! I got the gold one a couple months ago and I love it. Some guys are complaining about the pups sounding muddy but mine doesn’t have that problem.
My gold one has been ordered. I'm pretty psyched

The Worn is $50 cheaper than the regular Classic but aside from the different finish it's also missing the phase switch, something to consider if you're going for those Jimmy Page Les Paul tones.
Yes, that's another difference. Trogly reviewed the Worn and confirmed that they are using cheaper pots and electronics. I think for only $50 more the regular Classic with phase switch, CTS and glossy finish is the better value.
I hate epiphone s glossy finish. The satin looks and sounds grear
How do you think this series compares to your 2017 Epip LP in Pelham Blue? I'm looking at both and am curious which one you prefer.

Sending back to guitar center my new squire stratocaster and coming back with this one. I had before the traditional pro iii and I got a lots of regrets for selling it. After I opened the squire box I thought it was a toy.
