My favorite features of this Fitpolo smartwatch are the steps counter, the sleep monitor, the period tracker, and the heart rate, and the"Relax " features.

I'm gonna check it out! Been wanting something to check my heart function. I'm 70 with arthritis. I take alot of meds. I'm a tiny women, with bad knees, so I can't move like before! Do you know if it checks your oxygen? Thanks! I enjoy your chsnnel! 😍😍
I wish that it did, but it does not check your oxygen. It is awesome though and I love mine!!! I am only 4'10", so I know what it is like to be little ;o)

I don't think this smartwatch measures your oxygen. But it will definitely check your heart rate.

I even have a 20 minute timer on my smartwatch that will tell me how long I am chilling in the bathtub for just to make sure that I don't stay in the bathtub for more than 20 minutes which is a really good feature.

I sometimes forget to drink water everyday. It's a good thing that I have drink water reminder alarms set for 1:00 PM, 10:00 AM, 9:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 5:00 PM, so I can finally stay hydrated.
I often forget to drink too...well...not coffee, I remember my coffee...LOL, but I get way behind on the actual water drinking. Reminders are great. I use my Alexa to remind me to take my pills and such. I need to get better about the smart watch.

I started my period today. So it's definitely a good thing that this smartwatch has a period tracker.

You can also use the smart watch to set an alarm for drinking lots of water as well.

I slept for 3 hours and 36 minutes last night.
I don't sleep much either :o( I am jealous of people who can sleep a "normal" amount.

It is really awesome! I've been wearing it since the video and especially like the sleep tracker.
My favorite feature of this smartwatch is the "Relax" feature. It also helps me to take some deep breaths.
