How do you store or keep it fresh?
For the market? If so you pick in them in the evening pack in a sack and take to the market in the morning

@@mosesshuuya5286 Yes, I do. The storage will depend on when you take them to the supermarket and how far the market is. If it's close and you can deliver as soon as picked, then you can pick in the morning and deliver. If not, pick them up late in the evening, and keep them in a cool room, preferably on the floor. Pack them in the morning and deliver them.
For this market, sacks are not ideal. You may want to purchase crates or use cartons as they do with fruits so that the veggies will be fresh and have minimal breakages.
