Definitely! Follow these steps and your shoes are going to look brand new! Don't leave it out in the direct sun though! and don't forget your shoe trees!

You are not meant to remove the old polish. Wear over time will ripe of that layer. Leather is skin in the end, it'll eventually dry out! 🙂
I did something stupid. I used a synthetic brush with soap to clean my shoes. Now there are some dark linear stripes and spots on it. What should I do to recover the colour?
Bad move. Soft horsehair brush next time! Apply shoe polish around the damaged area and brush in one motion ONLY on the same direction of the streaks and hope that any peeled leather can be pressed down on the shoe.
Hopefully you didnt do too much damage on the leather.

How often should one clean his dress shoes? Weekly or maybe 2-3 times a week?
Depends how often you wear em'. Once a month if you're wearing them on a daily is a pretty good rule of thumb. Best to alternate between shoes to keep them lasting longer.
@@theDapperVault Can I wipe them with a damp cloth more frequently? I've noticed that my black leather is getting a bit dirty after a week.
