Unfortunately there’s not much you can do at that point, it usually happens when acrylic has been stuck in the bristles and removed in a less than gentle way. Just before this video Sarah got some acrylic stuck due to the heat in the studio and time wasn’t on our side! You could try wetting your brush with monomer and leaving it to sit covered in paper towel but when the bristles are damaged like that they’ll most likely just pop right back up ❤️
The gel res will wipe away any dust from the nail without processing any of the product, if you want to smooth the acrylic even more then you can use acetone to do that 😊

Hey, Kolinsky brushes and acetone are the only thing we are unable to ship to the US.
is there a difference doing this with acrylic, rather than a gel/polygel/biab/Riab?
Not particularly its just a personal preference to the client and the nail artist ❤️
what kind of stuff is in that pump you use to wipe the nail with the cloth? is that acetone
Hi, the push pump in our studio is filled with Gel Residue Wipe Off Solution. You can fill these with Acetone though.

when ive gone to the nail salon over the years i was told they could no do acrylic on short nails,, go figure.
You can lol I mean it’s a tiny bit more difficult but if you know what you’re doing it’s fine. Some people are just lazy
