Please look at the damage on fire eggs only for consistency.
0:00 - Mikoshi Set: allow lv. 4 spam. It has consistent damage, with good after cast delay and perfect hit.
0:18 - Storm Muffler + RoA Set: allow lv. 5 spam. It has high damage output with HE, but lowered perfect hit rate and higher after cast delay.
0:55 - Ring of Storm: Without No Limits, it's damage is similar to that of RoA. However, the damage skyrockets when you use No Limits. Its limitation, though, is the cooldown of No Limits. This is very good for bursting bosses.
Edit: You can use Wolf Officer Hat to deal with No Limits cooldown.

int/dex 125+, agi 100-110, vit 80-90, the rest is str.
Bio5 enchantment is Master Archer.

how to spam lvl 5? Isn't max cd reduction 6.5s?

You can spam lv. 5 if you use RoA set. It will reduce the cooldown by 8.5 second, exceeding that of lv. 5.
