THANK YOU!!!!! Apple car play stopped working so I tried the factory reset. Big surprise when I thought, what a great mistake I’d done. First it started asking for an anti-theft code which I never had, then the power button, being buttonless. Now it’s working again although still not recognizing the iPhone. Thanks again.

I have a different problem, I bought a 2019 civic from a “friend” that buys and sells cars and the anti-theft system has a code that I was promise I would get after I bought the car. Is been a week and he stills doesn’t have the code… Any ideas what to do about it how to fix it myself?

This just happened to my brand new 2020 civic. Does anyone know what causes it? I haven’t changed out my battery or anything and It only has 600 miles on it. Luckily I was able to reset it but I’m wondering if it’s something I need to have the dealer to look at.
