That simultaneous version might cause fights with friends and siblings when both reach for the same suit and clash with one another for kids but maybe even adults. Is there a specific name for the version you are describing? I’ve been looking for a card game I used to play and this is the closest one I’ve seen so far but not exactly it.
You should always have an emergency deck of cards on you in the event of an unplanned long wait. This way you can teach people some card games and if none want to learn, you can play solitaire.
