You can do bcz its your first attempt you reach at the level of upsc
life's like a hurdle race. you have to get to the finish line, even though it takes time. keep grinding.

My kids roll number was published on 1 july results.. But vry nxt day we opened, firstly tat link was not opening, thn another link showed d same pattern numbers.. But 2/3 number changed.. Has anyone experienced same..? Is results been manipulated.. Anyone?
