I might actually try this! Although the difference I would do is use a knit fabric like a neoprene so I can have some room to grow because food makes me bloat.

I have been thinking about what to do with the 5 knee length infinity dresses I have that I have frankly never worn because I cannot wear anything without a bra (thanks to age and all the breastfeeding I did to my now 2 adult children). I find it too revealing when I try to tie it anyway and now that I have started sewing, I wondered if there was a way I could sew the tops permanently so I could wear them as normal dresses although I'm more a pants kinda girl but would wear them if they were sewn up into some design at the top that makes them wearable for me. Might you have any ideas on how I may do this? I am still somewhat new to sewing so any ideas may help. I have been thinking lately about ways to repurpose all the clothes I have that I don't wear (many have never been worn at all) due to 'design flaws' that I perceive them to have. I think that will be a good thing for me because I realised I am hesitant to cut up any fabric in my fabric stash to make myself anything so this would be a good start. Disclosure, I have made stuff for my son that fit him perfectly and look good on him but he's a tall young adult with standard measurements so anything would look good on him. Thanks

I didn't know you can price fabric there too. Because in Nigeria you'll price fabric like,that the people selling it ,will be like just take it for that price and go away. 😅😆😄
That's is so beautiful. Do you makes men clothing. I want to learn how to make simple easy dresses with the different fabric I have on hand. Knit, cotton, linen etc. I have a son he's 40 yrs old and a grandson I would love to make them some outfits. I still in a learning stage
Won 't you make an elegant,suitable for day and night summer dress, not too revealing and not too granny for me? I'm in a mid 30's crisis. I don't know what to wear anymore. I don't want to give the impression like i'm trying to look younger than my age nor do i want to look older than my age. Id be glad if you could help. This one is ok for an evening but i want to be able to wear it during the day as well.

It was about £6.50 per metre and it’s a stretchy lightweight satin
