മിക്ക സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും Accounts Department നെ പറ്റി അവിടുത്തെ മറ്റു ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്‌മെന്റ് സ്റ്ഫുകളും, മാനേജ്മെന്റും മനസിലാക്കി വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് വെറുതെ ഇരുന്നു ശമ്പളം വാങ്ങുന്നവർ ആണെന്നാണ്...പിന്നെ എങ്ങനെ കൂടുതൽ ശമ്പളം കിട്ടും...ഇൻക്രിമെന്റ് വരുമ്പോ ₹750-1000-1500..ഇത്ര ഒക്കെ കാണു...എത്ര ഒക്കെ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ആയിട്ടും perform ചെയ്തിട്ടും ഒരു കാര്യവുമില്ല..എല്ലാവരുടെയും വിചാരം കണക്ക് നോക്കുന്നതും .. Work colleagues nu പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്താൽ അവരുടെ work കുറയും അതുകൊണ്ട് സാലറി കൂട്ടി കിട്ടില്ല എന്ന ധാരണ ഉള്ളവർ ഉണ്ട്.അവർ work മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കില്ല . ഇങ്ങനെ മനോഭാവം ഉള്ള ഒരു കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഞാൻ resign ചെയ്തു
Because every enterrpreanour has to know, accounts is the life blood of his business and an accountant is the head of his business and the right person required and he has to choose that person wisely.
