How to make a ceramic heater yourself.

For this I will make a ceramic heater.
Of course, you can buy, but this is not our method.
For this I will need - one ceramic granite tile measuring 60 x 60 cm.
16 meters of carbon heating cable with a resistance of 33 ohms per meter.
4 furniture steel corners.
Thermoregulator XH-W3001 or some other.
A couple of meters of electrical cable and a plug.
4 furniture pins and nuts, you can also have grovers if you wish.
It is also necessary to buy a diamond drill for ceramic tiles.
And this is a copper tube 30 cm long, it can be aluminum.
It is advisable to have a hot glue gun.
Reinforcing mesh, 1 meter.
Mixture for pouring a warm floor, you need 1/3 of a bag.
The corners need to be shortened a little and larger holes should be drilled.
It is not convenient to make such a hole with a drill
Then he switched to the machine, the hole turned out perfect.
The main thing is not to overheat the drill.
I roll the copper tube well from one end.
Then it's time to install the thermal cable.
I will make two contours of 8 meters each.
I will connect them in parallel.
The scheme is approximately as follows.
First, I will tape the cable, and then I will fix it better with hot glue.
Somehow...
It works, you can pour concrete :).
I wrap the formwork with ordinary transparent tape so that the solution does not stick to the boards
"Recipe" of the filling mixture.
I will use 1/3 of a 25 kilogram bag.
Attention, eyes!!! :)
I hit the seam between the bricks, then I had to redrill a couple of centimeters higher.
The power is approximately 350 watts.
The temperature of the panel at the moment is on the scoreboard.
I set the working temperature range.
