this type of music makes me rethink everything I’ve ever done in my life, and it just feels like I’m in a different dimension or reality or world, where I can just rest and rethink everything I did wrong and everything I’m going to do right
that's no different dimension, it's the right one you finally came back to. it's the monotony in the music that focuses your brain to the present without all that other noise that stimulates your brain the rest of the time. ambient, drone, techno, even some black metal can take your brain to a meditative state, it's just the monotone sound easing your brain to fire less signals all the time, like the opposite of watching shorts in your feed or stuff like that. this can be accomplished with classic meditation as well, but that's hard, for me music like this works best, just let my brain chill and actually live in the moment, clearing everything that clouds my mind.
This song reminds me of my early childhood, i don't know why. It gives a strong sense of nostalgia to that time. And it's a diffrent feeling from what i have feeled before. It's not a sad nostalgia, it's just recalling the beautiful start of my life, and it brings tears of joy to me. We don't realize how thankful we should be of this world for only existing. For being able to keep these memories. I thank for everything, from god for creating me, to my parents for raising me the way i am today, and of course to benoît for creating this masterpiece, and to you for making it even better. It really brings me a magical feeling nothing else does.

Esta música cura mi depresión, me calma mi estrés, tranquiliza mi mente frenando todos esos pensamientos que me acosan y secuestran.
