Michael Muguai I have never understood why people buy land with certificates. Never buy land with no titles. If no title run for your dear life. If I were you I would contact a lawyer.

Esther Leah Njeri Never buy land without title period. Contact lawyer to advise you or your money is probably lost forever. You made a mistake of trusting somebody you do not know. Gakuyo is a criminal period. You will most likely never get your money back. Naked truth.
