Hey mate, love these videos! You deserve a lot of cred! I've been trying to figure out if I can create a good human in the loop step for this in Power Apps. When the layouts differ, and the document the model won't hit 100% accuracy - I want to create an app where all steps around the document extraction will be located. (it's meant to be built for a client).
