It's insane how good he is at keeping track of opponent's decks and elixir without investing any consciouss effort, dude's like a computer even when playing on auto-pilot.. I also find it hilarious every time he faces a guy he recognizes because he's always like "oh this is the guy that plays valk, skellies, ..." and then proceeds to list the whole 8 cards of the deck in the span of 0.5 seconds despite it being a custom made deck that even most of the top ladder wouldn't bother remembering.. Ryley's such a natural at this game

I think it has something to do with troops redirecting their target to another one just when it's about to die so it's a logic problem not an animation one
ive been trying this deck recently and its not so difficult to use, but to use it to it's fullest you really need to know how to use each of your cards well

Has anyone else noticed that Rileyâs games arenât matching up? The game he plays against Ruben he is at 3266 AND he wins after. His ânextâ game he is at 3228, yet, he claims that the prior game he played was Ruben. So, is Riley adding voiceover after or losing games and not including however many matches were in between.
My #2 deck is the royal hog + royal recruit fire ball bait deck and I always lose to this miner + magic archer deck. So I upgraded this deck (as my #3) and hoped to face those hog rider and royal hog decks but I always got Pekka, golem and lavaloon beat down decks...

The main reason is that you can't cycle more than 1 golden knight on the field. Since the deck cycles so quick, you can get more valks down for defence
Itâs important to be able to cycle quick to the ground tank, which is also the best dps in the deck. GK is weaker on defense, I run a miner GK deck, but only because I have cannon, archers, poison and an ice spirit, which make it safer.
Why do people consider this the hardest deck in the game? It just seems like miner wb spam + marcher nado. I just donât get what makes the deck so hard compared to other decks
It's a fast cycle deck that has limited air defense and no big spell meaning you have to really know your opponent's elixir and cycle well to get decent damage. A bad marcher lineup (especially with nado) can easily cost you the game if you miscounted elixir or underestimated their push since that's a high cost to get some damage.

i think it needs it for the defensive potential. GK isn't great on defense

You certainly can like walker mentioned. But honestly the deck just becomes weaker overall. Valk is pretty important.
