One more tip.The stronger you have all muscles in the foot the better holding of body balance . As every part of human phisic ,we can improve them by every day drill After one month, I guarantee,the imrovement would be seen, maybe earlier ! That would be sufficient if one will walk on tip-tops for ab 5 min daily.A book put on the top of head,as additional weight would make better effect for sure.However minimum 30 days is needed to get results.The longer drills- the better but 5 min daily is OK.Some humans have born in strong , robast toes muscle , but some not.The drill is for the last ones. Yoga exercise s for equilibrum is as well very welcome and useful but as always regularity is needed.Repetition is the core of succes.Our whole memory works just on regularity of repetitions(!) and in course of time always fade out, if not refreshed on regular bases.That refers as well to muscle memory (!) :)
