So if you replace the 10% of the unprocessed meat in a diet (that potentially includes other processed foods) with unprocessed plant foods, obviouly your risk would go down. Also, have you ever had tofu? It's pretty awesome. This isn't a vegan dish because it has traditionally fish paste in the broth, but you have got to try soondubu-jjigae. It is a spicy silken tofu soup that is absolutely incredible. Closed-mindedness is going to lead you to miss out on a lot of the great pleasures of life

Veganism made me lose my hair and almost my fingernails. I went back to eating some meat mostly fish and my hair and nails are fine now
