In this video, the national anthem of Poland, "Poland Is Not Yet Dead", was played while the white-red national flag was raised at two separate national occasions on the same venue which is on Pilsudski Square.
First, the anthem was played during the celebration of what was the Day of the People's Armed Forces in 1988 and was held on the square which was named as "Victory Square". It celebrated what was the anniversary of the armed forces of the communist Polish People's Republic. Leading the celebration was General Wojciech Jaruzelski in a time the trade union "Solidarity" was still outlawed.
Notice that on this celebration that only three stanzas were sounded but had no choral accompaniment.
And second, the anthem was played and sung in 2019 during the celebration of the 101st anniversary of the Independence of Poland. Leading the celebration was the current President Andrzej Duda with the contingents of the armed forces, police, and other uniformed services leading the singing.
Notice that four stanzas were played and sung.

1988....this was the last under Jaruzelski and communism. The Soviet bloc fell apart in 1989 and Poland was free again. 1989 was a beautiful year. One by one starting in Poland on June 4, 1989 the dominoes fell!!!
