THE YOUTH RESOURCE CENTER IN BEKWARRA LGA IS THE FIRST OF ITS KIND AND WILL TRAIN HUNDREDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM JOBS IN OIL & GAS, POWER, ICT AND OTHER SECTORS UNDER NIGERIAN CONTENT - RT. HON. LEGOR IDAGBO
The Youth Resource Center in Bekwarra Local Government Area currently being constructed in Abuochichie, Bekwara local government area will be the first of its kind in the Federal Constituency in Cross River State the Member Representing Bekwarra/Obudu/Obanlikwu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Legor Idagbo has said.
He made the statement recently while inspecting the project at Abuochiche, the capital of Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State which he facilitated. He added that the center will train hundreds of young people to give them jobs in Oil and gas, power, ICT and other sectors under the Nigerian Content.
Rt. Hon. Legor Idagbo continued that the project is a realisation of a vision he had several years ago as Chairman of Bekwarra LGA and now as Chairman of Committee on Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring in the House of Representatives, the vision of the Youth Resource Center is being realised and the Conference Center which is part of the project will be the biggest in the region having the capacity to seat over 400 persons.
He concluded that when completed, the Center will be the pride of the Federal Constituency as it will have standard hostel, recreational Center and guest house and will be run professionally.
