Very good video! I have a question, Where registred the procesos map for after wirte historias, for example, if in sprint 1 I want to map a sales process and then create stories, where would I record the tasks before creating the stories? Thank you

Hi, create a story with a meaningful name such as "pre sprint" or "sales overview" or any name that makes sense to you and add the tasks to that story. Later on during planning move those tasks to the relevant story.

Really? Have to edit a child to associate with a parent. That's terrible UX. No drag-and-drop? :(

If the parent is in the same board then you can drag and drop as well but if it is in different board then you can't.
