see, basically, its like this.....this movie came out 20 years ago. and imo, is spoofing not only other movies(scary and otherwise) that had come out at that time, but movies that have been coming out in the PREVIOUS 20 years. so theres a huge history here. i think its hysterical.
The fight scene where she is floating and dancing is a reference to Michael Flatley Lord of the dance from the early 90s in America. He used Irish dancing (not trying to be offensive if I mess this up) to create dance performances called "Riverdance" that became disturbingly popular in America. Him and Billy Blanks were popular in the 90s.
