this one, so the 2 flat acres and the fact that
it backs up to a park really hold no water for me.
I certainly don't like having the kitchen open to the Dining Room or a Dining Room open to everywhere. It should be more defined and intimate.
If this house was in LA or NY, it would be worth at least 20 million, or, maybe more?
