- Today we're building a 200 furnace super smelter and FOURTEEN other farms to get all the way up to Day 1000 in hardcore Minecraft.
After 1000 Days I've played the best I can, made the most farms, built the coolest builds I know how and had a LOT of fun with the world so far. We're not even close to done so settle in, catch up and let's see where this goes.

200 furnaces is enough for now. I love the achievement notifications for the to-do and complete. Are you sure that dripstone farm is big enough? 50 farms in 1000 days is amazing and you managed to build some gorgeous functional builds as well. Gg. Nice stats. Only 14k rockets?! Slacking 😜
Yeah 200 furnaces will do for now. Later I plan to nearly 10x that smelter, though. Glad you loved the new Achievement Get anims. :) The dripstone farm is definitely NOT big enough but over time it'll give me a bit of dripstone. If I need a ton I'll have to go much, MUCH bigger. haha 14k rockets is DEFINITELY slacking. We know at least 2-3 ppl who would be over 50k.
Meanwhile I am sitting here in my non-hardcore world wondering "should I make my super smelter 8 furnaces, or the full 16? Hmm.."

Yeah! The smelter is awesome. Won't be my last in this world but it's super nice to have for now. (I didn't want to put 2000 at spawn lol)
Scute farms are pretty useful, tbh. Having it somewhere that the overnights "just happen" is the key. I often prep boxes during night time for new builds so this is perfect for me.
The progress in these vids are crazy especially when the video isnt even that long i love this series so much ive been watching since the start and the progress in every single episode is absolutely crazy. And the builds are amazing of course. KEEP IT UP ❤❤❤

Dude radical you are absolutely the most underrated youtuber I've ever seen on this platform. I don't know how you pull only 11k views (as of 11/30/23..) with THIS much effort! it absolutely amazes me how underrated you are! Keep it going, I speak for many other people aswell, you're doing amazing

The craziest part of this is learning that you can farm coral fans. I wish I new this sooner
haha Yeah XRay, if it's an item in Minecraft, I probably know where and how to farm it in massive quantities. lol

Gotta say I'm loving the short-medium timelapses and the music is SO good. Very focus-ey lol I LOVE the smelter control room--the mix of deepslate and spruce is really nice. Of course I also love that it's a control room, as I am fascinated with all control rooms. I love the purpose. The output on that is pretty impressive, too. How come you're planning the "much, much larger" one? What's that notification? Hey that's pretty cool. How does it know when to give the achievement that the thing is done I wonder...Mysteries...all these farms make me look forward to what you've got planned. Ticking off the planned builds but not even the ones you're most excited about?? Who are you? A builder guy? Hey builder guy! What a great job you've done--an absolute pile of work in just 1000 days--keep it up and keep 'em coming!
Thanks Lizzy! I really love how this came together, as well. The control room is so ... CONTROL ROOMY! I'm planning a much, much larger one because 192 smelts 1152 items per minute or "half a shulker" but if I want say ... idk 10 shulkers of smooth stone and I'm making it from cobble, it takes me say half an hour just standing at this thing. And if a large project requires 40 shulkers of glass, that's what, 2 hrs? Nah nah. I'll put it in the 1758 smelter and have it done in 4 minutes. LMAO
FIRST, is that SUDOKU in the background! the amount of farms and builds in this world AMAZE ME you have done more than i could ever imagine in such a short amount of time. its just WOW some of these farms i have never seen before. just WOW.. the smelter control room looks very nice i like it.

Nah, Sudoku only has 9 numbers, I built 15 things. haha Yeah 50+ farms in 1000 days has been SOMETHING ... I'm happy with it. Glad you like the control room - I wanted to keep it mainly looking like the storage but also be its own thing. Did I breathe? no. Never. haha

You mentioned blue meadows, places where only cornflowers can grow. How can those be identified? I did a quick due diligence-search on the wiki and youtube, but came up short... Could you point me in the right direction, please?

Yeah, you're just looking for the "meadow" biome and there will only be cornflowers (ie. blue flowers). Meadows can grow with 3 types of flower, 2 types, but the one you're looking for is the 1 type ... or at least the majority are that ... so if you saw I had the blue & purple one, then I found the blue only ... I would keep looking as long as I didn't mind the explore. :)
I'll have a look around, thanks! This flower generation business is pretty vaguely documented (I thought natural generation and post-generation were entirely different palettes, but they're linked after all?), guess I'll have to brute force some experiments 😁
I don't know what timezone you're on or whatnot but I stream on Twitch 4-5 days a week so maybe check the times and see if you can catch me live. I'm happy to tell you what I know there, too. :) @@Mesingel

Hey rad, amazing video, this is also my first comment on ur channel n not sure if u'll respond, but just wanna say, u r one of the few unique hardcore youtubers ive seen, not overly edited, just chillaxing vibes, and not overly hyper like the other sandiction copy cats. Keep striving further success friend, also, do u hv a WD link to the auto smelter or a tutorial for it?
Welcome in and thanks for the comment! I'm glad you liked the video and find what I'm doing unique. I am glad NOT to be a 'sandiction copycat' even though sandiction is pretty awesome. :D All I have for that smelter is the schematic, which I think I got in the TMA Discord. I'm not sure there's a WDL or tutorial for it at all tbh. I would actually recommend ... idk ANY other mid sized smelter like Ilmango's 320 furnace array. It's not bad, it's just ... there are bits that are complicated and for 192 furnaces, it probably isn't something I've been super comfortable with or fond of this whole time.
there was a brown mooshroom i saw on your island - those are super rare and useful, so you should keep it
I have left a few mooshrooms roaming around. I actually think over time the RED ones are more valuable because anytime lightning strikes I have a chance to lose all of them haha I should protect them in a small covered pen for now though. Thanks for the reminder!

Which client do you use to get the connected glass?
My glass is just a texture pack - Vanilla Tweaks. I do have Continuity for my shaders but I assume you mean in the vanilla bits. Continuity helps with things like my fog effect though.

You should renovate the village so it fits the east asian theme
I'm going to be removing the entire original 2 villagers and replacing them. The one that's currently near the hub will be a guild section and the one near the iron farm will turn into my residential zone. I have a masssssssssive overview and plan for this area of the world! :)
well no one asked but i'll say it anyway i forgot what happened at the start but this 1000 days has been extremely great in many ways i've actually rewatched the entire series multiple times and each time im amazed with the level your playing at rad thanks so much for the endless hours you put into these video's

I haven't even watched the video, and I know it's gonna be a banger! You have one of the BEST survival hardcore series in all of youtube, because you are so entertaining. I think the only series that even rivals yours is Juice's hardcore series, and he uploads once every 4 months LOL, keep up the grind bro!
Wow, thanks so much! I'll have to watch Juice's series. Sounds like it won't take long to catch up. haha I like uploading every 2 weeks ... that means 2 more in 2023, which is the plan. We'll do a world tour and a 1000 Days vid, then kick off with a new BIG build in Ep 11 soon.
