Czech Philharmonic on Tour • South Korea: Seoul - Daegu

Led by chief conductor Semyon Bychkov, we set South Korean concert halls ringing with Dvořák's melodies. In addition to Dvořák's Carnival and Seventh Symphony, the audience could also enjoy the Piano Concerto with Japanese soloist Mao Fujita.
We visited Seoul after six years and stood on stage of the more southern city of Tegu for the first time. The Asian tour is gaining momentum and the Czech Philharmonic is moving to Japan for its next concerts, where it will perform, among other places, in Tokyo's famous Suntory Hall.
