Hi
I had made payment on 4th October
But Courier lagaya after 3 days that too when I kept on asking about my order details
When I asked them about tracking ID on 5th October (tracking ID mila she replied yes so i told her send me. She saying evening mai milega so I was like ok no problem but when
Next on 6th October I msged her at 8.30 PM
I got replied on 7th Oct wait till evening
So I msged her 2 days before you said the same think
4 ko payment Kiya 7 ho gaya fir bhi tracking ID nahi mila then she was like send me ur Address n details so I sent her then she started giving me reasoning
When I asked them why they took 3 days to just send my parcel to deliver they are telling me that mobile got format and they lost all the details of my order but according to my knowledge they are using the WhatsApp on Computer as shown in their CZcams video
Now today's date is 10th October but still my parcel is in there werehouuse
According to the tracking ID so I called them so they are like wait I will check n let you kno in 10 mintus but no information after 2 hrs a called them again then still the same think wait for 10 mintus toa muze aiya gussa maine sunaya then she cut the call on my face i was milk 😡😠🤬🤬
On top they charged me money for courier and they sent me parcel in Indian post sab se kum paise wala
Rs.30 mai kaam Kiya meri lagayi
If you are not capable of giving they service then why they are making video n talking big big things
N after Taking money from costumers they are not giving service on top they are shouting at me
