How to do it [FOR PC PLAYERS]:
- Put the Mermaid Enchantment in your second slot (the one labeled "R")
- Put your White Cloud Mount in your first slot (the one labeled "E")
- Press R, then hold E
- Wait outside of the water for the determined amount of time and die
- Done, you should be seeing it!
-- ADDITIONAL STEPS --
- To dismount, press and hold "v" for one second
