I don't know why you made most of the test hands going first when the deck is made to go second. If you're going second with the 1st test hand at 1:32, you could search OG Cydra with Emergency, and then either Duality it into Rampage or make a Fortress with Clockwork. If you decided to do Rampage, you could either make an Infinity or go for game by making Sieger + Rampage (by sending Herz + Core/Nach). If going for Fortress, you could board wipe, go to battle phase and attack, then Duality to Twin and end the game.
At 6:21, you could either go for game or make two Rank 5s. To go for game, you would special summon OG, search Core and add Cyberload, Dupe the Core to summon the 2 OGs, and then make a Nova. After that, link Core to Almi, use Nova effect to special summon the OG from grave, then in battle phase, attack with both OG, Nova effect to banish one for ATK boost, then Cyberload into Twin. For the Rank 5s, could special summon the OG from grave (should have 2 OGs , Nova, and Almi on field), then XYZ to another rank 5 (I like River Stormer for a Zeus + Regulus), and then rank up to Inifnity, ending with 2 omni negates and a Zeus (potentially 4 materials if River Stormer attacks a monster and then ranks up to Gaia).
At 17:59, you could end with two Rank 5s. To do this, you special summon the OG, normal summon core to search Repair Plant, link to Almi, and then search Galaxy Soldier. After that, use Emergency to search Herz and then do your Soldier combos. When you have 2 Soldiers + OG, specifically use OG and Soldier to make Nova, Nova to special the attached OG, make Infinity, and then make another rank 5 with the left over Soldier and OG.

My favorite Cyber Dragon is funnily enough the Core. 1 card combo that the deck needed and can also make going first a solid option even if this is a going second deck at heart

First hand was already a brick, Cyber Emergency is easily countered and CyDra were made to go second, it would be better to test 1 hand going second and other going first.
summoning chimera with a bond is insane you get to do 4200 3 times its almost always OTK also you clear their backrow 2 spell/trap cards and you can mill 2 cards to the gravyard that can set you up for a play in case if they negate your otk somehow

You can’t special summon og cyber dragon if your opponent don’t control a monster. So going first you couldn’t special summon him out.
First hand was kinda dead actually with one ash. The rest were a little better personally I don't really like duality so much.

It's about prioritisation. Play your least important stuff first. That might be Core if you already have plays, etc. Machine dupe is usually gold dust so don't let that get hit.
Dupe is also excellent bait.

First hand was dead going first. You can't normal summon core since you searched it with cyber emergency.
I know this is three weeks late, but read the card again. You can normal summon the Core because it says, "search for a light machine monster that can't be Normaled/Set or a "Cyber Dragon"monster. There isn't anything stopping you from normal summoning him.
