During Sikyong Penpa Tsering’s visit to Jangthang Nyoma, Ladakh, in his public address said that the "Resolve Tibet Act," recently passed by both houses was sent to the President’s desk to sign into law within ten days. Once signed, it will be a positive development and joyous movement for the Tibetan people. Sikyong emphasized the Kashag's continuing efforts to gain similar support in other countries.
