@@quadmanticore4621 I've always lived in LA but the galaxy were repulsive so I was a caps fan instead. when LAFC came into existence it was love at first sight but I'll always cherish my caps Fandom loan days. made a trip to bc place and got merch too!

Very pleased for the Caps. They thumpted the top team in the Western division. All 3 goals were world class. They are showing some very good chemistry now and could finish as one of the top 5 or 6 teams in the league overall.
"Thumpted" is a bold word for a team that already clinched the top spot in the conference and had nothing to lose going into this game...

Exactly. It doesn't matter if it's a cup final or an exhibition game. That 3 or more goals against, unanswered is a "thumping".

Rough match, but the goals were class. Berhalter has the right idea with shooting with a curl on the ball from the top of the box even though we won’t be given that much room very often. Hope cubas is alright!
i thought that we played great, i mean we were all over st louis for the entire game. the only problem was the not capitalizing on our chances

@sdot5389 definitely. I missed one of the games and local sports journalists were remarking on horrible officiating. So maybe they lost a position in the div due to corrupt zebras. Anyways.
@@donmackie6086 That's the case with basically all officials in sports nowadays, looking at the Vikings game from last night & the LFC match from yesterday and last weekend in particularly.
The Whitecaps could have won this game by an even bigger margin if they had been a little sharper in the final third.

You wanna become irrelevant in St.Louis? This is how you do it. I get it we clinched the West and have home field advantage but don't put out the C team. Its disrespectful to the rest of the teams in MLS who are fighting for their playoff lives..... and more importantly it goes against our City tradition of playing every game hard and trying to win!
