What was the reasoning for having two different start dates? That is confusing to me so I would prefer the notebook since I am a Monday start person. Will this set up come out as an insert?

I'm still struggling to see how people use the stickers.

The time block stickers come in different sizes, each size representing a chunk of time (30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours ,etc.) You can place them down to show how long a task will take. Using the different colors, each color can represent a different task, for example: olive could be your morning routine, and crepe could be your work day!
