This is a great idea. I do not set detailed goals past 5 years. I list anything past that as bulletpoints. We must also be prepared to readjust our goals, when necessary (life happens). Example: my 4 year education plan became a 10 year education goal. The important part is not to give up. Stay in prayer and be prepared to adjust.
