It is not the government who sets the courses. It is the greedy community colleges who sets the courses. It is cheaper to set a course in business than in computers or nursing and they make same money offering these cheap courses. If I am the prime minister I will deport all these students after their PGWP term is over.

Yes, most colleges are to make money to pay staff and build reserve funds. First degree in business in Canada? To work as want when many citizen with such degrees do not have jobs. We use the education as means to get visa.
When my wife and I were planning her graduate program in Canada, she wanted to pursue MBA having a business background. I spoke to a friend already in Canada and he gave us sound advice. She’s currently pursuing Master of Social Work. Though she’s not done, but I can see the future is bright for her given all the jobs she’s done so far.

One thing Asy i need the Asy Darlyn Vlogs community-to know is that Trades are not straight forward. Even in the trades there are trades that are in demand and some that aren’t. For example Hairstyling Vs Industrial Mechanics. People have to be very particular with what they are pursuing!

They should drop the point basis immigration and focus more on necessary skill set immigration. Who needs 25,000 MBA's, political science Ph.D's when the shortage is in construction, healthcare etc. We need a change in government as soon as possible.
Exactly, It can even be done from the top! IRCC needs to work with the provinces and using this PAL, colleges should be told the specific courses that should be available for international students. That will help

From my findings, you can't get PR with pre_health science. It's just like you doing Wace/ Neco and after the course you can either apply for practical nursing or PSW. Instead of you doing pre-health science, why not go for PSW that can give you job once you complete your program. My opinion o .

Project management is not bad. I’d “gist” that you try to specialize in construction project management cos you know the country has housing crisis and there’s demand for construction workers

Specializations in MBA are sometimes restricted to business, supply chain, commerce, etc. Unless you’re specializing in any of the STEM courses or in demand occupations.

Depending on your CRS score you can qualify even before graduation but you have to be in the express entry pool

Maybe you can ask them if you can change your program. Some schools can also refund you your money.
